Systemic Solutions Workshops

"I did not know what it was all about, it just sounded interesting. The workshop was facilitated with care, sensitivity and insight and a creative and safe space was held for us to bring the issues that we wanted to explore. The day was informative, inspiring, and transformative and I would recommend it, if you are processing a significant life event or personal or professional transition." (Workshop participant feedback)

Gain the insights, clarity and strength you need to overcome your challenges by attending one of our one-day systemic solutions workshops. You will find a safe, kind, confidential and non-judgmental space to explore the root cause of your challenges and move towards a lasting resolution that supports your growth.

These workshops are also invaluable for those in a leadership or supporting role for others - managers, leaders, HR, coaching or therapy professionals - who want to experience stronger ways of supporting and finding solutions for those they are responsible for.

During the day we will explore and identify systemic solutions to specific problems: sustainable solutions which fit well within the work or personal life that you lead.

What to expect

The day will start with group forming to create a safe, confidential, respectful and non-judgmental space with the qualities needed for good work and support for the group.

Participants can then raise an issue for attention. After an initial discussion with James to identify the core of the issue and your real needs, the issue will be explored to identify what lies at its root, what needs attending to, and what insights and changes can bring you strength. This is done by creating a living map of the issue and its main systemic influences, using participants as representatives, from which insights, changes and solutions can be explored.

There is normally space to address 5 or 6 issues each workshop. All attendees will receive insights to help with their challenges even if they choose not to put forward their issue or there is not space for it. Everyone will learn some essential foundations of systemic working.

Now in their third year, past workshops have addressed such varied issues such imposter syndrome, anxiety and stress, impacts of immigration and war, grief, parenting and relationships, difficulties from family upbringing, finding purpose and joy, gaining clarity to make important decisions.

The workshop will be facilitated by James Pereira, who is an ICF certified coach and NLP Master Practitioner, trained and experienced in systemic coaching in business, leadership and personal contexts. He is also an experienced business leader who has run his own top-flight legal practice at the Bar for over 25 years.

There is a single charge for participants whether they wish to bring an issue of their own or attend to learn. Issues will be chosen as the day progresses. You can also contact James in advance if you know already that you want to bring forward an issue, or if you have any questions about the day.
